http://www.vistabank.com, was founded by W. E. McLaughlin in 1912 as an unincorporated bank, "W. E. McLaughlin, Banker." His son, J. Ed McLaughlin, ran the bank. Another son, Marvin assisted. In 1918 they obtained a state charter and in 1921 renamed the bank, "Security State Bank & Trust Co." The bank was one of the few banks to survive the Great Depression.
In 1982, Kirk McLaughlin, came to work in the bank. He was named President in 1989. In 2000, Kirk was made CEO.

TMLLC operates the Payment Service Center and provides services to our merchant agents when they accept cash from customers to pay the customer's bills, load debit cards, or send money to another country through EmpaSys™. The Payment Service Center will facilitate the processing of those payments in conjunction with
Vista Bank.
